Buying

How do I place an order?

Find a product, choose Add to cart, then go to Checkout. Enter your name, phone number and delivery address, and confirm your order.

How do I pay?

For now, you pay on delivery. M-Pesa and card payments are coming soon.

What does New and Ex-UK mean?

New items are brand new and unused. Ex-UK items are used goods imported from the UK and checked by the seller. Every Ex-UK listing shows a grade:

Grade A – Like new: no visible marks, works perfectly.
Grade B – Light wear: small scratches you notice up close, fully working.
Grade C – Visible wear: clear marks, priced to match, fully working.

Listings also show whether the item was tested and any seller warranty.

How long does delivery take?

Sellers dispatch within 2 working days of confirming your order. Delivery time depends on where you are. You’ll get a call before delivery.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 3 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for what can be returned and who pays return delivery.

How do I track my order?

How do I become a seller?

Go to Sell on Bidhaa Hub and fill in the form. We review every new seller before their shop goes live.

What does it cost to sell?

Opening a shop is free. Bidhaa Hub keeps a 3% commission on each completed sale.

When do I get paid?

Your earnings become available after delivery and once the 3-day return window has passed. You can then request a payout by M-Pesa or bank transfer from your seller dashboard.

What are the rules for listings?

Every product must show its condition (New or Ex-UK), and Ex-UK items must be graded honestly. Read the full Seller Terms.
